We provide services to both Plan, and Self Managed NDIS Clients.
We do not provide ongoing therapy at this time.

Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA)
FCA's are often required when your plan is due to be renewed, or if there has been a change in circumstance that requires a new plan.

Home Modifications
From simple ramps to renovating the bathroom, We can assist with the planning and application, through to liaising with the builder.

Assistive Technology and Equipment (AT)
AT ranges from simple wheelchairs, walkers, recliners, and electric beds, to complex power wheelchairs with custom seating.

Online Assessments
We are happy to provide online assessments for those who are unable to have a home visit due to the travel distance involved with a home visit.
